Document analysis of CVs

This project investigates the use of advanced techniques in document analysis and understanding, i.e. the automatic recognition of structures such as tables and lists, of PDF documents, to improve the quality of automatic data extraction approaches from curriculum vitae.  A further area of investigation is the adaptation of the system's CV parsing abilities to accept scanned documents as input via OCR software.
