Objectives
The purpose of the summer school is to bring together talented students from both image based sciences and Cultural Heritage research for a series of lectures and tutorials covering the current frontiers of applying computer vision technology to Cultural Heritage research.
Main activities
- Presentations of the thematic areas by international lectures
- Practical experiments on 3D data acquisition (Minolta VIVID 9i and Riegl Laser Scanner available) and high resolution multispectral Imaging (Hamamatsu C9300 available)
- Thematic discussions, presentations of the results achieved
